Teaching Style |
My approach to teaching yoga is to simply be a source of direction and inspiration. Drawing from various styles including Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga, Power Yoga and Yin Yoga, my classes are an energetic expression of yoga that emphasize clarity of alignment and a steady connection to the breath. I encourage my students to play with their edge, while providing a safe, encouraging, and nonjudgmental environment where each individual can work to their full potential.

Teaching Goals |
I will always enjoy teaching the general public but I aspire to teach teachers. In 2018 I developed a continuing education program on manual assists and I would love to teach and eventually develop a YTT curriculum. In the mean time, I'm always planning my next workshop and yoga retreat. As an expat, fusing my love for travel and teaching yoga is my ultimate goal!
