Class types:
STRENGTH & STRETCH - This class combines strengthening yoga movements/exercises with complementing, juicy stretches. In one great class, grow stronger, create more stability while increasing flexibility.
FREEDOM FLOW - In this free flowing yoga class build strength, endurance and flexibility. Linking movement with breath, each class is a different, fun exploration of creative yoga sequences. Either a new or experienced yogi, this class will broaden your exposure to a variety of yoga poses, variations and transitions. With a dynamic mix of poses to inspire physical, mental and spiritual freedom, this class will leave you feeling grounded, nourished and rejuvenated.
