Corporate Yoga is being embraced by many progressive businesses as a great employee benefit. This preventative health measure is a great stress reliever and low cost perk for employees. Yoga helps to relieve stress and tension, improve posture, and both reenergizes and refreshens mind and body. The purpose of Corporate Yoga is simple: to transform the tension and fatigue in your workplace to alertness, stamina and greater productivity.
The sessions are tailored to your specific group and will accommodate any level of experience, fitness level, and body type. Classes can incorporate strength building, flexibility, balance, relaxation and meditation. Laura offers a range of practices from slow and meditative to energizing and active.
Sessions run weekly for 45mins – 1 hour per session, depending on your needs.
When? Any weekday & time of day can be considered. Usually early morning, lunchtimes or late afternoon/early evening work best for most businesses.
Where? Any space that will accommodate your group size is suitable. A meeting room, conference room or boardroom works well.
Each student will preferably provide their own yoga mat. Otherwise a towel can be sufficient.
